Between an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and a half. Although getting around (driving) is fairly easy on St Lucia, the roads can be curvy and the actual road to Anse Chastnet is rough and only wide enough for one car so it is slow going and if cars coming the other way you need to pull over to let them by. Although I didn't use it I'm told you can arrange a water taxi that can get you there in about 30-mins. There are two other Padi Dive operations "closer by" in Gros Islet (Scuba Steve's and Dive St Lucia). I'm sure they cater to the cruise ships.
