Carpinteria’s AgeWell Senior Programming invites community members aged 50 and older to a ‘50s Sock Hop Dance, scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 5 p.m.

Grease” is the word in New Baltimore on March 1, when VFW Lempke-Blackwell Post 7573 hosts a Sock Hop event fundraiser.

Attendees are encouraged to dress in their best 50s attire, with prizes for the best-dressed individuals and couples. There will also be a pet treat bake sale and crown for sock hop queen and king.
