Microsoft said all customers using Windows Azure Compute, Access Control, Service Bus and Caching will receive the discounts for all of February, whether or not they were affected by the service.

The grant program will come in the form of Microsoft Azure credits. The credits could be used for training and running AI models, in addition to more traditional cloud computing workloads.

The packages also have product licenses, credits for the Microsoft Azure cloud offering and capabilities for building, testing and delivering customer offerings, according to the vendor.
