The Prime Minister said first-hand experience of visiting Ukraine had made him ‘more determined’ to ‘stand up’ for the country.

The next term of the Holyrood parliament should be geared towards issues like the NHS rather than independence, the Scottish Labour leader said.

The money will come from the UK’s National Wealth Fund, the Prime Minister told the Scottish Labour conference in Glasgow on Sunday.
