Mars, Jupiter, Uranus, Venus, Neptune, Mercury and Saturn are to all align in the sky and dazzle stargazers across Norfolk on February 28.

Plans have been lodged with South Norfolk Council to turn the former Barclays bank in Diss into a block of flats.
