The wine had maybe the best bouquet I've ever experienced. We ate in one of the side rooms of the restaurant and the aroma of the wine infused the room. Complete strangers would come over to the table to ask what the wine was. My table mates had the same experience. Amazing experience, almost supernatural, and the venison set it off perfectly.
