It loads and plays all the adverts fine, but then crashes before the programme starts and eventually brings this text up " ALL4-011: This content is currently unavailable. Please try again later" It used to randomly do this and we seemed to be able to solve it by restarting.

2021年2月5日 · All 4 keeps pausing when trying play programs like it's buffering. We do have a crappy internet connection and I assumed this was the issue initially... but Netflix, BBC iPlayer and other streaming services have been working fine all week, go back to all 4 and it stops every 10-20 seconds. Watched all 4 on a another device and it was fine.

2017年7月21日 · channel 4 replied email !! they suggested: reset the smart hub after update the app and the firmware of the TV. and it works! To reset the smart hub, please follow these steps: 1. Navigate to the smart hub home page. 2. Press D (blue) for settings. 3. Scroll to 'Reset' and press. 4. Go to Samsung Apps store. 5. Find 'All 4' and click 'Run now'.

2017年8月28日 · I am having problems with the All 4 app. It crashes after ads, as it skips to the end after the second advert is played every time. I' ve noticed that All 4 app updated on 21/08 which was when the crashes started . I tried to update smart hub, reset smart hub and reset tv to factory version but nothing worked. 2024年11月12日 · I can view channel 4 via the TV's browser. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I have reset my TV. I know my IP is in the UK. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to solve this issue? The app was working perfectly until 5 days ago. The model number is QE55Q65CAUXXU. The TV's software is up to date as is the app.

2021年11月14日 · I have a Samsung UE65TU8000 (2020) 65 inch Dynamic Crystal Colour 4K HDR Smart TV and the channel 4 app (All 4) comes on then resets when the programme starts or sometimes during the beginning of the programme and the app goes off back to TV. The other apps such as BBC and and Netflix are slow and lag behind pressing buttons on the controller.
