2024年1月31日 · My favorite kitchen gadget is the Cuisinart Drum Grater (the chopper with the handle). This unit works better for me than other types of slicers and chopping gadgets. I also love my Shark Sharp knife sharpener. I've had mine for a few years now and it's still as good as when it was new. It really works!

2013年4月29日 · Spin-off of my "favorite kitchen gadget thread". What kitchen item did you HAVE to get and find later that you rarely use it...or it didn't perform as expected? Personally, it was my immersion blender. While it's great for gravy, I only do gravy maybe 3 times a year and use my Ninja blender for everything else.

2014年1月29日 · Other gadgets I use frequently are a strainer, salad spinner, tea strainer (I don't use a tea ball), tongs, hand whisks, wooden spoons, wooden cutting boards, tea pots, and a French press for coffee. I have too many kitchen electrics, my cooking style has totally changed so things I used to use all the time are now sitting unused.
