2020年10月21日 · In this paper, we report the homoepitaxial growth of phosphorus-doped n-type diamond films on (111) surfaces using an HFCVD method and the electrical characteristics of the grown films. Phosphorus incorporation and n-type conductivity of the films are discussed from the results of secondary-ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) and Hall-effect measurements.
