2019年1月3日 · I have the Striker 4+ and the boat transducer works just fine. I attached the dicer to a piece or 1/2" conduit. I can either attach the conduit to a pale, a little stand I made out of PVC or the side of my mini ammo can that has the striker on top and a dewalt 20v batter inside to run it. I prefer the stand that I created.

2017年1月6日 · For the pvc I cut each arm. A little longer than half the width of my hole. I have an 8" auger so I cut two pieces around 5" and put it on the top of the 4-way connector. The bottom piece I cut to about 8" I think figuring we would get much more ice than that. I might go longer so I make sure it gets below the ice.

2023年9月25日 · Looking up the specifications on the Garmin Striker 4 indicates a power usage of 1 Amp.....which means 1 Amp per hour. Since that battery is 7 AH = 7 Amp hours.....you can only get about 50% of the 7 AH out of it before the Voltage drops rapidly below 10.5. So it should last you 3.5 hours on the water.

2021年3月11日 · While I was looking at some things on the Garmin site recently, I noticed a .pdf file of ice fishing instructions for the Striker Plus 5cv. These were in addition to the standard instructions; a separate file. They recommend using the Ultrascroll setting for ice fishing use.

2022年2月27日 · Anyone have any advice for using the garmin striker 4 in a shallow, weedy lake? The water is about 8-10 ft deep. I cant see anything but red when i drop the transducer in. I cant find my bait or see fish. Just wondering if maybe there are any specific settings to adjust.

2021年1月1日 · Striker, clam and arctic armor are a few brands. In my opinion, striker is the best of these. There are 3 important things for an ice suit, IMO... and not in any particular order: 1. Waterproof/resistant 2. Warmth with less layers/bulk 3. Safety The first 2 are obvious to most people. The 3rd, most ice fishermen have likely not considered.
