Kabsa Aromatic and Filling. It’s sure to be a crowd pleaser. I used to cook this for my kids on sundays and during special occasions. Back then, Kabsa spice mix was not easy to find, so I had to experiment. In my version, I use a curry spice mix, add cumin, cardamom pods and cinnamon bark. Better yet, you can buy Kabsa spice mix in specialty stores. It works best with basmati rice but regular rice is okay too.
