This is a common Kenyan stew in most homes especially people from the mountains 😂 The thicker the stew the better . I make mine like this .. fry onions add tomatoes . Ads some boiled beef or if you have a soft cut just as add it raw and cook until tender . Add beef cubes and tomato paste really helps with colour and flavour .
