Do this for happy psoas and hip flexors! Have you ever tried this hip mobility work at the wall? The easy more “hip opening” version would be to let your foot move with your leg. I say “opening” because on the outside it looks like you have a lot of flexibility as your knee moves further from the body. But what helped it do that wasn’t your hip joint flexibility but other parts allowing more movement. So in this variation we restrict the movement of the foot, and not let the pelvis move either.
